The power of discernment in your spiritual path

The spiritual path is abudant with guides, teachers, and techniques. Each claiming to hold the key to enlightenment.

I have explored countless modalities: psychology, psychotherapy, shamanism, plant medicine, holotropic breathwork, yoga, QHHT, astrology, tarot, Vipassana, Reiki.

The greatest gift I carried with me through it all was discernment. This is the ability to distinguish truth from illusion, purity from deception.

This is the Kali Yuga, the age of hypocrisy and falsehoods. Not everyone who wears the robes of a teacher is fit to guide.

When you seek a mentor, ask yourself:

1. Do they embody what I seek within myself?

2. Are they truly aligned with my path?

The right guide does not demand your devotion. They lead you back to your own inner wisdom.
